UPVC or rigid PVC does not contain plasticizer and therefore maintains a robust rigid appearance.

      • Its uses are almost endless and it has the advantage of being able to be used with our range of moulded fittings.

      UPVC PIPES

      Transam can manufacture UPVC pipes from 2.5mm diameter to 110mm diameter with almost any wall thickness. We can produce in most colours and cut to lengths of 6m.

      (Please note that additional transport tariffs of lengths over 4m may apply.)

      We also have the facility to drill in line, end socket, and produce precise square cut pipes to with 0.5mm tolerance.

      UPVC PROFILES

        Transam manufacture UPVC profiles for a wealth of industries including:

        • As with the flexible PVC profiles, UPVC profiles are usually made to a bespoke design after consultation with our clients.

        A tool is then manufactured and the profile is fine tuned until the customer requirements are matched.

        We can manufacture profiles from 5mm to 100mm wide in lengths up to 6m.

        The way in which this material is extruded is very different to that of flexible PVC, therefore tooling costs are generally more expensive and the design of the product and of the tool itself is very different.

        Certain aspects need to be considered at the design stage and before manufacture.
