Transam Rubber and Extrusions Ltd earned ISO recognition in October of 2010 and we are extremely proud of this achievement. Quality and consistency are paramount to our customer service so obtaining the ISO certification was a logical step forward.

Our BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accredited quality management system ensures that your product and service   expectations are met in the manufacture and delivery of each product that you purchase from us.

Our management system defines how each individual product and operational process is conducted    and all measurements and correcting actions are recorded. Your exact requirements are incorporated in to our system which our operators then constantly monitor at specific intervals. This ensures minimal human error and a high standard of quality.

ISO 9001-2008 is an ongoing quality control system which is regularly audited by independent official bodies. We also employ the expertise of external quality control personnel to ensure that we are continually concentrating on error prevention, process investigation and implementing corrective and preventative procedures.
Once your order is received and any tooling is completed it will be trialed in our factory and a sample provided to you prior to the main production run, once approval is received in writing the production run commences.

It is during this production phase that the continual dimensional checks are made and the quality and consistency of your product is maintained throughout. Any issues which may arise from time to time can be quickly identified as all procedures are fully traceable.

We also pay particular attention to the purchasing of machinery which is invariably always new. Investing in the latest technology allows us to maintain a high level of accuracy in the production of our products and give our customers piece of mind.
